If you're under 19 and live in Sandwell, OurGuideTo.co.uk are giving you the chance to win a brand new laptop.

Quite simply all you have to do is answer one of these two questions:

1. Tell us why you shouldn't smoke and why you should quit (this is really aimed at smokers so if you don't, ask someone that does)

Or 2, if you have quit - how your life has improved since you've been smoke free

You can enter on your own, in a pair or group of 3.

No groups bigger than 3 people though...we don't have that many laptops!

*The name/age or names/ages of people entering *What area of Sandwell you/your group live in (West Bromwich/Wednesbury/Tipton/Oldbury/Smethwick/Rowley Regis)
